First, a little about yoga…..
Yoga is a moving meditation, uniting body, breath and mind. Allowing us to stay in each moment, breath by breath. Yoga is for everybody who has a body- it is an inner and outer practice. The beautiful thing about yoga is that as we find strength we also find softness. The strength and softness inside us leads, as well as increase compassion and awareness. Yoga brings a sense of grounding and can bring us back into our body and into the now.
